Returns & Exchanges
As a small design studio producing in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns at this time. Exchanges may be accommodated if stock is available.
If your order arrives damaged, we offer a 7-day return policy for defective products. Any claim regarding the product(s) must be submitted within 7 working days of receipt.
• Items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tags, etc.).
• Customers must contact customer service in advance via email at contact@dostudio.jp to obtain further instructions.
Dō STUDIO does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has initial defects.
Please kindly note that, due to variations in viewing conditions or devices, product images may differ slightly from the actual products. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to contact us via email for precise information.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
1. Within 7 days of receiving the product(s).
2. If the product is defective.
3. All items must be tried on indoors only.
4. All products must be returned exactly as received, with the tags still attached,
and all inner papers and seals intact.
