We ship both domestically and internationally. Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on your location.

 

Processing Time

The estimated delivery time for each item is listed on the product page.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that pre-order or made-to-order items require additional production time. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you directly.

 

Shipping Methods and Fees

•Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Complimentary shipping on all orders within Japan.

•International Shipping

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

•Domestic orders: 2-5 business days after dispatch

•International orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs processing)

 

Customs and Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply upon arrival of the shipment.

 

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@dostudio.jp within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
